1. Can this tool be used for aluminum cables?
This tool is specifically optimized for copper cables within the 4-70mm² range. We do not recommend using it for aluminum or other harder metals to ensure the longevity of the dies.
2. How do I know when the crimp is complete?
The tool features an internal safety pressure relief system. You will hear an audible "click" sound when the tool has reached the maximum required pressure, indicating a complete and secure crimp.
3. Is the hydraulic fluid replaceable?
The tool comes pre-filled and ready for use. Under normal DIY or professional usage conditions, the internal hydraulic system is maintenance-free.
